Bisco Air Systems LLC, uses only Superior Filtration Products.  Depending on the contaminants, we have available Media Collectors, Bag Houses, Cartridge Collectors and Electrostatic Precipitators.

 

How to clean contaminants out of the air

Source Capture - Pollutants are captured at the source of where they are being made through the use of hoods and enclosures.  Source capture provides the most effective means of controlling Dust, Mist or Smoke. Source capture provides worker protection, as the air is drawn away from the workers' breathing zone.

Ambient Systems - The air in the area is cleaned by recycling it through the Air Cleaners.  The Air Cleaners are placed strategically in the area being cleaned, which sets up an air pattern where contaminants are removed by High Efficiency filters.  The cleaned air goes through the blower and is recirculated in the plant.

Cleaned Air Source Capture can be recirculated into the

plant, depending on the application and what the contaminant is.
